Home of arguably the best looking wait staff in town. I swear the job application at the Phyrst must consist of the girls getting a Phyrst shirt and being instructed “See what you can do with this”.
Given that the Phyrst serves later than any other bar in town (they will serve you right up until the TV digital clock hits 2:00 am), this spot should logically be where you end the night – unless of course, I decide to throw a late night at my hotel room 😉
I’ve learned through the years that it’s foolish to try to get to every bar on the Crawl but the Phyrst is a must stop on my Crawl every year. You can rest assured I’ll be there sometime between 11 and 2 am.
