If you want to shop locally, I recommend checking out Party City in the Benner Pike Mall across from the Nittany Mall. They always have a wide selection of Santa Costumes available (all of the ones pictured below are supposedly in stock at their State College store).
Last year, Party City even had a specially branded Santa Crawl suit (I haven’t checked to see if it’s back this year yet)
Amazon (website)
Not surprisingly, Amazon has the widest selection available. You are bound to find something here.
Target (website)
Target’s website also offers several options most of whom are free two day shipping and/or available for pickup at the local stores.
Walmart (website)
Walmart has a wide variety of outfits too. Like Target, many of them are free 2-day delivery or pickup at their local stores.
